ASORDE CANTÁBRICO, S.L. hereinafter arnaovermut.com offers you an online store service that will allow you to easily purchase items. Buying through the Store is very easy. You only need to register on our website, enter the Store and choose the desired product, include it in the Shopping Cart to process the order and pay the corresponding amount through the means of payment accepted and detailed in these Conditions.
We recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter “Terms”) carefully before placing an order. By using or placing an order on this website you declare that you are aware of these Terms and Conditions, as well as those others that govern navigation through this site and that are available for consultation on the same, which you accept and in respect of which you agree to be bound. Thus, if you do not agree with the full content of the Conditions, you should not place the order or make the purchase of the product in question.
These Conditions may be modified at any time, being applicable those Conditions in force at the time of purchase. If any of these Conditions is declared invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such condition shall be deemed excluded without such declaration affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining conditions.
Limitations on purchase
The purchase of products through the Store is subject to a number of limitations:
- The purchase of items by minors is not allowed.
- Purchases and shipments will only be made within Spain peninsular.
- The minimum purchase of the product is two units per shipment.
How to buy
You will be able to browse the Store and choose the products that interest you.
Once you are logged in with your Account you will be able to purchase items by clicking on the “Add to Cart” or “Buy” button.
When you have selected all the products you wish to purchase, you must click on the Order Confirmation button, after which the total amount and the detailed summary of your purchase will appear, informing you of the amount to be paid for the purchase of the product.
Once the order has been placed, we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided when you registered in My Account, confirming receipt of your order.
You will be able to check the status of your order at any time in the Store through your own account in the Orders section.
The purchase process will always and at all times show the conditions and characteristics of each product, as well as its availability and price.
To make a purchase you must be over 18 years of age, consequently, the acceptance of these legal conditions will imply the user’s declaration that he/she is over 18 years of age.
The goods offered for purchase and sale in the Store are subject to the corresponding legal guarantee of conformity with respect to the same on the part of the user.
Pricing and payment
The price of the items for sale is indicated at all times in the Store.
The prices indicated for the products do not include transportation, packaging and insurance costs.
The final purchase summary will identify the products purchased and their total price (separately including shipping and any other charges).
Shipping costs are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Such change shall be applicable as of the time the modification is posted on the Store’s website. In any case, the shipping costs indicated when placing the order will be valid.
Payment will be made by bank or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard).
No forms of payment other than those specifically provided for in these Conditions shall be accepted.
The amount of the order plus shipping costs and other associated costs, whose detail has been previously informed to the user, will be charged to your account in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once the authenticity of the data communicated has been verified.
arnaovermut.com uses secure payment systems of leading financial institutions in e-commerce, in order to offer maximum security. In this sense, the confidential payment data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form to the corresponding financial entity, guaranteeing the confidentiality of all the information that is sent to us, both regarding your identity and your credit card information.
Product availability
arnaovermut.com will inform in the Store of the availability of the articles.
However, when the order is processed, in case of unavailability of a product or if there are difficulties in the supply of the same, arnaovermut.com will communicate it to the email address provided in the registration process as soon as possible. In such a case, arnaovermut.com will terminate the purchase and sale agreement with the customer, in which case any amount paid for the product will be refunded.
Shipping
Delivery will be made, by courier, within 2 or 3 working days from the request (except holidays and weekends), as long as the request is made before 4:30 pm. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day, provided that it is a business day.
In order to avoid delivery incidents (such as wrong addresses, absence at home, etc…), it is essential to fill in the purchase form correctly, and it is advisable to provide a contact telephone number in the corresponding box.
If for any reason it is not possible to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and you will have the option to continue to wait to receive the order, setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, nor deliveries to post office boxes.
For the purposes of these Conditions, delivery of the order shall be deemed to have occurred at the time the order is signed for receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
If delivery is not possible, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
Invoice
By accepting these general terms and conditions, you expressly consent to receive the purchase invoice in electronic format instead of a paper invoice. However, you can request the invoice of the purchase made in paper format, through the Contact Section.
Return and/or exchange policy
1. The item I received was damaged in transit or is an erroneous shipment.
When you receive an order, you must make sure that the product has not been damaged during transport and that it corresponds to what you have purchased.
The package received must be externally in good condition. Otherwise, you must note this fact on the carrier’s delivery note, refuse the shipment and notify us in writing or by telephone within 24 hours of receipt of the order in the Contact Section of our website.
If there are no external signs of damage during transport, once you have signed the delivery note, you must open the order and check the goods. In case of breakage, damage or deterioration of the product or lack of conformity due to transport (which are not apparent at the time of delivery), you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the order in writing in the Contact Section of our website.
It is imperative that you follow the return instructions provided by Customer Service.
Shipping costs are refundable only in the event of damage to the order or incorrect shipment.
2. The item I have received does not satisfy me and I have decided to return it (withdrawal) or exchange it for another one.
If you are not satisfied, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must send an unequivocal statement of the decision to withdraw from the purchase, you can also use the form provided for this purpose, although its use is not mandatory.
Once the cancellation request has been received, arnaovermut.com will communicate by e-mail acknowledgement of receipt.
The order must be in perfect condition and with the documentation, accessories or gifts included, if applicable. After checking the status of the same, arnaovermut.com will make the corresponding payment of the amount of your purchase, within 14 calendar days of receipt, according to the same method of payment used by the customer.
The customer shall bear the cost of transportation of the return, this cost is 5 €. We also inform you that you will be responsible for any diminished value of the returned goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.
To exchange an item for another, it must be returned and a new purchase must be made.

Right not to accept an order
arnaovermut.com reserves the right to cancel any order or not to accept a confirmed order for any of the following reasons:
In case of technical and/or typographical error in the prices or in the rest of the data of the products contained in the Store when the order was placed.
For lack of availability of the product or if there are difficulties in the supply of the same.
When indications are detected that the order may be fraudulent or there is a risk to the security of the systems, or of any other type.
In the event that the amounts have been paid, arnaovermut.com will fully reimburse such amounts in case of cancellation or non-acceptance of the same.

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The resolution of conflicts or controversies will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Mondoñedo.
